Santa Gathering 2025 Registration is Open!

Registration for this event is a two-step process. First, fill out and submit the form below, and then, from the Payment & Checkout page, select and pay for the type of event pass and any optional excursions you are purchasing. Both steps must be done for your registration to be accepted as complete. 
Registration for entire event includes:
  • 3 half days of classes, over 18 sessions (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
  • 3 buffet dinners (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
  • 4 nights of entertainment (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
  • Excursion to The National Christmas Museum (Thursday*)
  • Excursion to Dutch Wonderland (Saturday)
  • Access to Vendor Room (large variety of shops & goods)
Optional Activities (at additional cost):
  • Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre “The Buddy Holly Story” (Wednesday, Cost: $75.00/limit: 30) 
  • *Bus Trip to The National Christmas Museum (Thursday, Cost: $24.00)
  • Annual Pizza Party (Friday, Cost: $5.00) **
  • Women of Christmas Luncheon (Friday, Cost: $15.00) **
  • Sight & Sound Theatre “Noah” (Friday, Cost: $95.00/limit: 100) ***
  • Strasburg Rail Road (Friday, Cost: $22.00) ***

**Annual Pizza Party and Women of Christmas Luncheon occur at the same time (you cannot attend both).

*** Strasburg Rail Road and Sight & Sound Theatre events overlap (you cannot attend both).
