Event Registration

Santa Gathering’s 2026 Registration opens April 15, 2026

This year, we are celebrating 15 years of Santa Gatherings, 15 years of supporting each other, making friends, learning how to be the best at our craft, and sharing our gifts & talents with each other. We’ve planned lots of fun activities, entertainment, and classes. We hope to see you there!

Full, 4-Day, Event Pass is $175 per person – 1-Day Event Pass is $85 per person

Registration for the full event includes:
  • 3 half days of classes (Thursday morning, Friday morning & Saturday afternoon)
  • 3 buffet dinners (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
  • 4 nights of entertainment (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
  • Group excursion to Dutch Wonderland (Saturday morning)
  • Access to our Vendor Room (featuring a large variety of shops & goods)
Optional add-ons (extra cost):
  • Santa Gathering 15-year Anniversary T-shirt (Cost: $24.00, sizes XS-5XL) *
  • Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre “Pretty Woman” (Wednesday, Cost: $82.00/limit: 50) 
  • Annual Pizza Party (Friday, Cost: $10.00) **
  • Women’s Christmas Luncheon (Friday, Cost: $17.00) **

* Pre-order your T-shirts on the registration form, specify your size and pay at Checkout

** The Annual Pizza Party and Women’s Christmas Luncheon are at the same time so you can’t attend both.

Registration is a two-step process:
First Step: Complete the registration form. The information you give us tells us who you are, the number in your group, when to expect you and what your preferences are.
After Submission of this form, you will be directed to the Payment & Checkout page. 
Second Step: Select the type and quantity of event passes you want, along with any additional tickets or T-shirts. Add them to your shopping cart and check out. Full payment is required for your registration to be accepted.
