Santa Gathering, Lancaster PA 2025
Registration for Santa Gathering 2025 is now open!
The event is held at the Doubletree Resort by Hilton, 2400 Willow Street Pike, Lancaster, PA from September 3rd through the 7th. This is our largest event of the year with classes, excursions, activities, entertainment & banquets, vendor room shopping, and socializing time. 2025 Registration for entire event includes:
- 3 half days of classes, over 18 sessions (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
- 3 buffet dinners (Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
- 4 nights of entertainment (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday)
- Excursion to National Christmas Museum (Thursday*)
- Excursion to Dutch Wonderland (Saturday)
- Access to Vendor Room (large variety of shops & goods)
